We want you to love what you ordered from Global Horizon Events. If something is not right, here is how we make it right ~ plainly, no fine print to squint at.
Your return window
30 days from the day your order arrives. Plenty of time to open it, try it on, and decide.
Full refund, no questions
- Printing defects or misprints
- Items that arrive damaged
- Items that do not match the description
- Items ordered by mistake (within 30 days)
Case by case ~ just talk to us
- Opened but unworn and unused (usually yes)
- Did not fit quite right (we are flexible)
- Changed your mind (let us know)
Because every piece is made to order, we cannot restock and resell returns, so a few items are final sale ~ we will always tell you up front on the product page.
